We guarantee customer satisfaction. We stand behind our quality products. If a lamp arrives broken or in non-working condition we will send a free replacement. LCD lamps and bulbs that burn out in less than 60 days will need to be returned to us and will be replaced free of charge.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 60 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All lamps are guaranteed to arrive in working condition and have a mfr 60 day warranty. If you receive a damaged or non-working bulb please contact us at sales@purelandsupply.com and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent out immediately or a refund.
